Our complementary one-on-one Gap Analysis Session is available to Circle POS clients.
A great way to check that the system is being used to its full potential and see if further training is required.
All aspects of Circle POS are thoroughly covered in training that is provided with the set up fee. Five one-on-one sessions with a member of our training team are designed to enable new and existing stores to learn as they move through the business processes of running the store(s) and continue to trade with confidence.
Each training session requires 60 to 90 minutes and is best done away from the store to avoid distractions. Clients can select a schedule that suits their needs. Once you have received your site log in, you can book the first session yourself in the calendar link below. The other sessions are booked in after this to match your business processes.
One-on-one Refresher Training Sessions can be booked in 60 minute intervals at $80 per hour (+GST)
CirclePOS is feature rich and constantly being improved. Initial training is provided to stores to get them up and running at the set up, but even the most experienced users may find themselves needing to revise aspects of training over time.
There may also be new processes, features, or more efficient ways of doing things that you are not aware of.
