This month our runner-up from June came out on top. ‘Fourth Wing (#1 The Empyrean)’ sold 2,028 copies (+516). ‘All Fours’ also moved up a place to come second with 1,177 (-3) copies sold. Third place went to ‘Storm Child (#4 Cyrus Haven)’ by Michael Robotham with 1,155 sales.

In July we worked on:
New Features:
• The General Ledger now includes services to populate and validate basic accounts, improve payment accuracy, support gift card redemptions, and refine invoice translations
• A new filter was added to Best Sellers, allowing users to sort by author
• Additionally, a search endpoint for monthly stock cache was created to enhance the accuracy of profit and loss data
Improvements this month concentrated on:

‘Long Island’, Top Seller again for June 2024
More fabulous new titles in this month’s bestseller list, including Long Island by Colm Tóibín which sold 2,497 copies. Also new to the list was Table for Two by Amor Towles which sold 1,309 copies. Coming in third was Caledonian Road by Andrew O’Hagan with 1,269 copies.

‘The Work’, Top Seller for April 2024
The April 2024 bestseller list saw lots of fresh titles. Bri Lee’s ‘The Work’ came in first with 1,812 sales. In second place was ‘Sanctuary’ by Garry Disher with 1,304 sales. Third spot went to ‘The Scarlet Shedder’ #12 in the popular children’s series, Dog Man with 1,270 sales.
‘What Happened to Nina?’, Top Seller for March 2024
The March 2024 bestsellers list features some exciting new titles that have shaken things up! Leading the pack is Dervla McTiernan’s What Happened to Nina? with 2,390 sales. In second place is The Bee Sting with 1,314 sales, followed by Beatrix Bakes: Another Slice debuting in third with 1,046 sales.
‘Lola in the Mirror’, Top Seller for February 2024
The February Best Sellers appeared like a well shuffled deck of cards, lots of familiar faces but in a different order. About a dozen new titles featured with The Women selling the most of the new titles. Trent Dalton’s Lola in the Mirror retained number one spot selling 1,385 copies (-576). Likewise The Bee Sting maintained second place with 1,372 (-490) copies. It seems even the best seller list is susceptible to the recent Taylor Swift phenomenon. Her Little Golden Book Biography took third spot (up from 17th last month) with 1290 sales (+530).
‘Lola in the Mirror’, Top Seller for January 2024
Trent Dalton’s Lola in the Mirror jumped back up to number one spot in January selling 1,961 copies (-3,204). The Bee Sting moved up to second place selling 1, 862 copies (-1,463).
Good Material moved up from fourth to third place with 1862 sales (-1,429).
‘Question 7’, Top Seller for December 2023
Question 7 by Richard Flanagan retained number one spot in December selling 5,693 ( +1,789) copies. Trent Dalton’s Lola in the Mirror also maintained its second position selling 5,165 (+2,200).
Prophet Song moved all the way from the bottom of the list last month to third position selling 5,092 (+4,535).
