May 2026 System Updates

In May we continued to progress new movers, the mobPOS and order integrations and the GL rollout but also improved onboarding, customer orders, the website and added a credit report.

New Features & Improvements ready to use/try

        • Movers
          • Added a start date and time picker to the new Movers interface to give staff time range flexibility. #14027
          • Added batched loading to so large item lists load smoothly, improving speed, responsiveness and staff productivity. #14007
          • Added live data to the rejected items view in new Movers. This enables staff to manage excluded items and keep them organised and easier to process. #14057
          • Added live data to the accepted items view in the new Movers interface. #14083
        • Pubnet Integration
          • Added support to enable stores to send supplier promo codes. This helps suppliers process discounts more reliably and stores get better deals. #13883
        • Onboard
          • Automated feature setup for new shops during onboarding. This reduces manual configuration, speeding up store setup and ensuring location-specific features are enabled from the start. #14024
        • Customer Order > All Pending Orders by Items
          • Improved the backend performance of the pending orders page, reducing load and search times for large stores. #13994
        • Purchase Orders
          • Added a confirmation step when choosing Reserve Stock when items have no stock. This helps staff avoid ordering mistakes and makes purchase workflows clearer and more reliable. #13929
        • Website
          •  Checkout
            • Added tax details to completed order summaries for tax-exclusive sites. This helps customers better understand totals and improves pricing transparency. #14077
            • Improved address lookup speed in the new checkout.  This provides customers with a smoother and quicker checkout experience. #14130
        • Credit Report
          • Updated the Credit Balance Report backend logic to exclude cash.sales accounts. #14030
        • Layout
          • Improved the layout switcher design and placement, making it easier for users to move between the new and legacy layouts while working in Backoffice. #14135
        • MobPOS
          • Added a secure lock screen for app relaunches, requiring biometric or password re-authentication on shared tills to improve account security and prevent unintended access to previous user sessions. #14187
