Circle is unique in that it comes with data

Data is provided in two ways: an internal 'community database' and links to external product databases which we import data from.

Community data sharing to reduce data entry

  • Community product databases
  • Central supplier database
  • Community default supplier

On the same cloud server it makes no sense for us to store exactly the same information twice and even less sense for you to pay staff to re-key information we already have.  When one store enters an item into the community database the next does not have to, this sharing enables small bricks and mortar stores to have the richest data available with little or no additional work.

Currently the Circle community database has over 1 million book titles with images and videos; and over 200 new items added every day by the Circle Community.
