July 2026 System Updates
In June we did a lot of work on movers, the website, Pubnet integration and the Mob POS. We also improved customer orders, tax, customer orders, gift cards and deals.

- Movers
- Added a quick way to accept mover items in the new interface, helping staff process reorders faster by automatically moving accepted items and showing the next one. #14293
- Added the ability to reject mover items in the new interface, helping staff quickly organise reorders by removing rejected items from the queue and presenting the next item automatically. #14506
- Added a prompt to start time logging when staff accept or reject a pending mover item, making it easier to track reorder activity while keeping the workflow fast and organised. #14504
- Customer Orders
- Changed all pending 0rders order items to be unticked by default, helping staff avoid accidental picking and making order processing safer. #14412
- Website
- Added the support@circlepos.com email address to website error messages, making it easier for customers to contact support directly and resolve issues more quickly. #9121
- Replaced the home icon with a clear Menu label and moved it to the first position, making it easier for customers to find the main navigation on mobile devices. #7730
- New Web Checkout
- Refreshed the checkout design with a cleaner, more modern layout, making it easier for customers to review their order and complete checkout with confidence. #14518
- Sale tracking
- Prepared the system to automatically record when orders are created through the web checkout, enabling more accurate sales channel reporting for future features and reporting improvements. #14393
- Purchase Orders > Pubnet
- Automated the recording of supplier responses for PubNet purchase orders, helping stores see accepted, rejected and backordered items without manual follow-up. #14408
- Improved how box information is prepared for inwards goods, enabling faster box searches and helping stores process deliveries more efficiently using ANS files. #14404
- PubNet ASN > Added a task to backfill box search and detail information for previously imported purchase orders, helping stores benefit from faster box-by-box receiving on existing orders as well as new ones. #14596
- Credit Balance Report
- Moved the loading indicator onto the Apply button, giving users clearer feedback that the report is refreshing, even for large reports. #14379
- Load Stock
- Displayed available foreign pricing when local pricing is unavailable, giving staff useful reference information to set prices more confidently. #14333
- Mob POS
- Added the ability to save products as favourites directly from the checkout cart, making it easier for cashiers to quickly bookmark frequently sold items without needing to rescan them. #14510
- Improved how favourites are organised so newly added items now appear at the top of the favourites list straight away, making them easier for staff to find and access during sales. #14610

- Gift Cards
- Standardised the gift card redemption label on invoices, keeping payment lines clear and consistent regardless of each shop’s custom settings. #14550
- Deals
- Introduced the foundation for a new Group Buy detail page behind a feature flag while development continues towards the full experience. #14175
- Tax
- Improved invoice tax handling by storing the calculated shipping tax value, helping invoice totals remain consistent and reliable over time. #14524
